RE: Illegal Invasion
Dear Senator Roberts,
Why is it do you suspect, that when: elected officials who are elected in a representative capacity, and who put their left hand on the Bible and hold up their right hand swearing to uphold the laws of the land (including limited quota immigration laws) and protect and defend the United States of America; thereafter determine to dislike the existing laws they have sworn to uphold; simply ignore their constituents and the vast majority of American opinion against this illegal Mexican and Latino invasion (and I might add it turns out not a few fanatic Moslem terrorist) and pass a new law to make legal citizens out of Mexican, Latino, Moslem invaders, and obligate American Citizens taxpayers to pay for it and live with them? Upon what American principle is this allowed or even considered?
We are not obligated to attempt to provide 12 to 20 million illegal invaders, or the rest of the world, our standard of living. And, if it is tried, it will break us.
Nor do I believe that all these fine non-English speaking rabble have any intention to assimilate into our society, or to otherwise properly pay income taxes. For example, yard sprinkler installation Mexican operations, in competition with legitimate American companies, using solely seasonal Mexican labor, that pay no withholding taxes and return to Mexico in the winter.
In 1963 the Congress and JFK conferred honorary citizenship upon Winston Churchill, then 88 years old, for his massive contribution to freedom and liberty to the United States, not to mention the world, during World War II. I have read completely Churchill’s 6 Volume set of “The Second World War” and know the evidence of his massive contribution to WW II. Not only was he conferred honorary citizenship, but Churchill’s mother was an American citizen.
Now it is the Congress, in a wheedled attempted Amnesty Bill, attempts to confer American citizenship upon 12 to 20 million illegal invaders, for no honorable legal contribution to the United States, but simply because they had the audacity to illegally enter the United States – encouraged to do so by their own corrupt government, with great natural resources of its own, but without a political system to sufficiently provide for their own citizens – to obtain our hospital, education, Vision card, and other social benefits, and US money to send back to Mexico.
If it were not so damaging to our country, not to mention 12-20 million new Democrat votes vis-a-vis the Republican Party, and if we didn’t have to live with this rabble out here on the Kansas range, I would consider it just a bad joke, as opposed to the disaster that it is.
If you build the authorized wall, and actively deport these illegal invaders, with significant penalties for any who return and for employers who heir them, you can effectively solve the problem. President Eisenhower did not find it difficult to send home some million Mexicans years ago. Do it not, and you will in President Reagan’s terms in a different context, deposit the Republican Party on the ash heap of history. President Reagan tried Amnesty for two million and it just encouraged the problem so that now we have 12-20 million to deal with, the government having continually wretchedly failed to do its duty and protect our boarders.
I respectfully ask that you do your duty in your representative capacity and not only vote against this miserable malignant Amnesty Bill, but also affirmatively provide leadership and plead the case against it in the United States Senate.
Respectfully requested,
Fred Marrs
