The Air Force's Light-Air-Support Aircraft Contract

How is this for rationale:  The Air Force advised Hawker Beechcraft they would not be considered for the final decision re issuing the contract,  with two companies bidding on the contract, Hawker Beechcraft and the Embraer Brazilian company.  Both aircraft used the same engine.  Beech's aircraft was the lighter aircraft and had the best performance of the two.  If the Air Force was in love with the Brazilian aircraft, why is it do you suspect the Air Force intentionally advised Beech in advance, that in essence, the contract would go the the Brazilian company.  To avoid as much questioning as possible, why wouldn't the Air Force Just wait and announce the contract was going to the Brazilian company, and not give Beech a heads-up?  The reasonable explanation is that the Air Force wanted the Beech submitted aircraft with the better performance, and Obama dictated that the contract would go to the Brazilian company.  The Air Force did not want to have to defend the decision after the contract was let, that was not their decision, and therefore advised Beech in advance so that it would be clear to Beech that Obama was making a political decision.  Now why do you think Obama would do that, and in the process giving the jobs to Brazil?  In reason, it is easy to suspect that Brazil put the heat on Soros and his off shore Brazilian oil company drilling, Soros then advised Obama, Obama then directs the issuance of the contract to the Brazilian company for a quid pro quo of additional Soros contributions to Obama's reelection campaign war chest.  If it looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, you have to suspect it probably is a skunk.  Does anyone smell the faint oder of Obama's involvement in this matter?  There ought to be a full congressional investigation with depositions under oath.
